Delivery & Returns


We’ve extended our Returns Policy for Christmas 2019. Orders placed from 1st November 2019 can be returned up until 31st January 2020, for a full refund back to your original payment method.

 

Delivery for our UK customers:

FREE UK STANDARD DELIVERY WHEN YOU SPEND £100 OR MORE 

Standard Delivery (estimated 2-4 working days) - £3.95.

Next Day Delivery (next working day) - £4.99.

Orders placed before 12pm GMT will be despatched the same day.

Business days are Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).

Orders placed after 12pm on Friday will be despatched the following Monday.

 

Delivery for EU customers:

Standard European Delivery (Estimated 3-5 working days) - £7.99.

 

Delivery for Rest Of World customers:

Standard International Delivery (Estimated 5-7 working days) - £14.99.

For security reasons, all international orders must be delivered to the billing address and additional security checks may be administered. If this is the case, we will contact you by email. Failure to reply to these emails may result in your order being delayed or even cancelled. 

 

Returns

For all returns the buyer is responsible for any charges incurred.

We’ve extended our Returns Policy for Christmas 2019. Orders placed from 1st November 2019 can be returned up until 31st January 2020.

We guarantee to refund or exchange any item you’re not completely happy with, providing you return it to us unused, still in the box and in a sellable condition. 

We aim to process all returns within 7 days of us receiving the goods back in our warehouse. However, please make sure that you complete your returns form in full before sending your order back to us as this will help to avoid any delays and speed up the returns process.

Returning by post

Returning an item by post is a straightforward process. Just fill out the returns form you received with your order, repackage the items with the form and follow the instructions. Please keep hold of the receipt that they give you, as this is your proof of postage. Make sure your items are secure and properly labelled to ensure they get back to us safely.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us.

 

Refunds

If you’d like a refund, these will be given at the original purchase price (excluding initial delivery charge) and made to your original method of payment. 

On rare occasions, some refunds may take longer than expected to process, however all refunds will be processed within 30 working days. Once your Order has been refunded you will receive notification via email.

Exchanges

If for any reason your order arrives and it’s not the right size or it’s the wrong colour, then don’t worry, you can exchange it for something else. Simply fill out the exchange section of our returns form (included in your order) and send everything back to us by post on the address listed above. If there’s a price difference between what you purchased originally and the exchange product, you would have to return the item and place another order.

Unfortunately, we can only offer exchanges within the UK.
